Here at Bustoire we understand curvy and busty women. After all, we design our lingerie exclusively for the fuller bust. There are many women in the spotlight who dress their curves with style and we love how they always know just how to bring out the best in their figure. Here are some of our favourite busty style icons, and some stunning examples of how they dress with confidence.
- Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks first came to our screens with the hit series Mad Men. In the show, her curves were poured into stylish tailored 1950s dresses, and on the red carpet, she always knows just how to make the most of her famous assets. Christina is busty and curvaceous and veers between showing her cleavage in low cut plunge neck dresses, to a more conservative buttoned up look that suits her classically pretty features. Whether on the red carpet, or attending day time events in her home city of LA, Christina has a timeless look, with tailored dresses, classic fabrics such as satin and silk, clever draping and eye-catching colours and patterns. You’ll often see her in Jenny Packham or Zac Posen.

Serena on the red carpet from hello magazine
- Serena Williams
Winner of no fewer than 23 Grand Slam titles, Tennis Champion Serena Williams has a healthy and athletic figure, yet has feminine curves. Her wedding dress at the end of 2017 was beautifully constructed and the sheer chiffon cape she added to her wedding gown was breathtakingly gorgeous. When Serena is on the red carpet, her chosen style is glamorous, feminine and close fitting. Serena loves to showcase her slim waist and busty figure, but uses cut out lace, embellishments and sheer panels to maintain a look that manages to be both sexy and stylish whilst leaving a little to the imagination and not revealing too much. Serena often showcases a glimpse of cleavage, but her bust is always well supported and she favours full sleeves and wide straps above a strapless or skimpy look. Her favourite designer is Sarah Burton for the London based house Alexander McQueen.
