When will my preorder item be delivered?
Pre-order items will have the approximate date of availability on the product page. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready to be dispatched.
When will my card be charged for a preorder?
Payment of pre-orders are only charged when the order is available to be dispatched. Your card details will be requested but no charges will be made until the order is ready to be shipped to you.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 2 working days. This means that cancellations and amendments cannot be made to your order once payment has been taken. However, should you change your mind, your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you decide to order additional items a new order can be placed.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, we recommend that you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your order. If nobody is there a card will be left so that you can arrange redelivery or collection.
How can I track my order?

How can I return or exchange my order?
Please return or exchange your order by following the instructions in the return portal. Log into your account, click return and have your order number ready. We only exchange orders for a different size in the same style. To exchange for a different style garment or colour, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
