RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each Bustoire garment is made with expert British craftsmanship and inspected thoroughly before being dispatched.  We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality and fit of our garments and that we can welcome you back in future.

However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your order. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if your item is sent back to us within 14 working days of receipt.

 

Before you return your order:

We ask that items be returned in the original packaging and condition they arrived in with all tags attached and no alterations or signs of wear or damage. We will only refund items that meet our returns policy..

 

How to return your order:

To create your return or exchange, please log into your account, click on orders and follow the instructions online. Please have your Order Number ready. You will be provided with a customised return label, which you can attach to the outside box.

 

Returns from the UK

All returns are free for UK customers. Please retain proof of postage when returning at your local Post Office. We can then still process the return in the unfortunate event of the item being lost in the post.

 

Returns from Overseas

For Europe and the rest of the world please remember to pay for return postage. We recommend that you send by a trackable method and retain proof of postage. Bustoire cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Your refund will be returned via your original payment method.  This takes place within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. We will keep you updated via email. We cannot issue refunds to a third party, only to the original buyer.

 

Exchanges

Should you require an exchange please get in touch with our friendly team who can assist you with an alternative. This can be done by emailing support@bustoire.com, or by calling +44 (0)20 7971 1391.

We only offer an exchange on the same item in a different size. You are only permitted to exchange once per order. Where stock is available the replacement item will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving your returned order. There are no further postage and packaging charges to pay for UK customers. For Europe and the rest of the world postage and packaging charges apply.

To exchange for a different style garment please follow the returns policy to return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

 

Returns Checklist

  1. A return request must be created within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Ensure the garment is returned in the original condition and packaging, with tags, unwashed and unworn.
  3. Please return your order as soon as you receive your return label.
  4. Any unauthorised order returned without the relevant paperwork will be returned to sender.
